Your Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, you’ll be the heart of our office operations. Your tasks will include:
- Managing and organizing company emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Organizing and maintaining our Google Drive to keep documents and files easily accessible.
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining important documents.
- Assisting with order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Providing support to other office personnel as needed.
- Greeting customers and visitors, ensuring they have a warm and professional experience.
- Maintaining an office presence and keeping things organized and orderly.
- Managing time tracking systems for employees.
- Making occasional deliveries to customers in the local area.
- Setting up and organizing the conference room for meetings and events.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
