-Develops and actively maintains positive communication with parents.
-Completes all required paperwork and record keeping on a timely basis and in an organized, up-to-date manner.
-Help recruit and train qualified employees.
-Help ensure that facility meets all state, local and corporate requirement and report any discrepancies.
-Help ensure the Center is in compliance with all federal and state laws.
-Respond and follow up on all enrollment inquiries.
-Give prospective customers tours of the facility and detailed information about the Center.
-Help evaluate staff via written performance summary on a quarterly and yearly basis and at other times as needed.
-Help with parent concerns, evaluate course of action and responds professionally to needs of parents.
-Submit new staff or staffing changes to licensing representative and maintains up-to-date Human Resources files.
-Maintain high capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget.
-Counsel staff on performance issues.
-Plan Center activities and actively participates: for example, staff meetings, training sessions and open houses.
-Ensure staff are properly trained and help develop staff through career growth and guidance.
-Ensure state staffing regulations are met at all times.

2 years as a Lead Teacher in an Early Childhood Education Center

- 45hr Preschool Certificate or equivalent (Preferred)
- 45hr Directors and Administration Certificate or equivalent (Preferred)
