Imprimis Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to create clear and comprehensive product documentation, developing high-quality materials such as product manuals, user guides, online help content, release announcements, eLearning modules, and video tutorials. This role will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of all documentation, while also helping to establish and maintain documentation standards, style, and terminology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop engaging instructional materials such as eLearning modules and video tutorials to supplement written documentation.
- Research, plan, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and online help materials.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client services to gather technical information and ensure all documentation is accurate and current.
- Review user interface text to ensure consistency in tone and style across the product.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical users.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries related to product documentation and gather feedback to improve materials.
- Communicate with internal and external clients to understand documentation needs.
- Continuously improving the overall quality and usability of documentation.
- Manage accessibility of documentation to the appropriate user groups.
