Regional Director of Operations
The Regional Director of Operations will oversee the operations of multiple properties within the region, providing strategic direction and support to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business. The RDO must be able to guide General Managers and their teams to work as well-functioning units.
Must be a collaborative team player and a dynamic leader, capable of setting exemplary standards and fostering a culture of cooperation and efficiency. The RDO will report directly to the Vice President of Operations. They will ensure high levels of satisfaction among guests, employees, the IMPRINT central support team, and property owners, while also meeting the financial objectives of each property. The RDO is responsible for providing outstanding leadership that motivates others to excel and encourages open communication.
Supports the General Managers in the development and management of their budgets, marketing plans, and objectives. Ultimately, the RDO will enhance customer loyalty and strengthen the company's reputation.
This position is based on the Upper East Coast or if in the Western Region, with a preference for candidates located in Colorado or New Mexico.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee all financial aspects of each hotel in the portfolio, including P&L, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ensure operational excellence across all hotels in the portfolio by providing support, critique, and guidance to properties not meeting brand standards or company expectations.
- Ensure compliance with brand QA standards and approve action plans generated by hotels.
- Act as a liaison between hotel General Managers and discipline coaches, including but not limited to Sales and Marketing, Finance, HR, Learning, Facilities, PR, Revenue Management, and Owner Relations.
- Serve as a role model and provide guidance on company culture.
- Select, develop, manage, and lead management team members.
- Guide, develop, and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve business operations.
- May temporarily assume the role of General Manager if needed.
- Provide leadership in the development of annual marketing plans.
