What You’ll Do: As a Helpdesk Technician, you’ll be the first line of support for our clients, tackling a variety of technical challenges and ensuring their systems run smoothly. Here’s what a typical day might look like:
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in maintaining client systems, including backups, updates, and patches.
- Document processes and solutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with team members to tackle complex issues and learn new skills.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our clients’ IT environments.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of helpdesk or IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Exceptional communication skills – you’re patient, clear, and professional.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points for certifications like CompTIA A , Network , or equivalent experience.
