Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, preferably within a master data management space in the banking industry.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, Oracle SQL, and Confluence and reporting in that skill
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to apply them in project management.
Should be able to connect data from multiple systems, analyze the,m and infer business relationships
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Preferred Qualification:
Previous FS, Party, and Account data domain knowledge

Business Analysts Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the project stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and documentation
Analyze and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications
Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, documentation, and management, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of infrastructure projects
Apply agile methodologies to streamline project delivery, adapting processes to meet project timelines and deliverables
Conduct detailed problem-solving to address and resolve project hurdles, employing innovative solutions to meet business objectives
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process diagrams, and user guides
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes
