Data Reporting Analyst

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Data Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using ThoughtSpot, Tableau, and Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create meaningful visualizations. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Monitor and maintain dashboard performance, optimizing queries and data models as needed. Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis. Train and support end users on best practices for utilizing reporting tools. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.

REQUIRED SKILLS	-Experience migrating from Cognos to Thoughtspot/Excel -Oracle Backend experience -Strong comms -Work in CST, can be anywhere in the ConUS Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle backend, Cognos, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, and Excel. Minimal scripting experience required. Experience: Proven track record in migrating BI platforms, particularly from Cognos to ThoughtSpot. Communication: Excellent conversational skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders. Availability: Able to start interviews next week and continue through April. Must be available for blocked interview slots on April 9th (11-1pm) and April 10th (2-4pm).

Required Skills : Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in data reporting and visualization using ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Snowflake, and Power BI. Experience working with large datasets and data manipulation techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
