Responsibilities:

* The Epic On Call Finder Analyst will configure and maintain the Epic Orders module to meet the needs of the organization. Integrate On Call Finder (OCF) with third-party systems to ensure seamless communication and functionality

* Support and enhance the functionality of Patient Care Teams, including Treatment Team functionality and OCF

* Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Epic Orders module

* The Epic On Call Finder Analyst will conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users

* Stay up-to-date with the latest Epic Orders updates and best practices

* Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience * Epic Orders certification is required * Qgenda experience * Deep knowledge of On Call Finder (OCF) integration with third-party systems * Experience with Patient Care Teams functionality, including Treatment Team functionality and OCF * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in a healthcare setting * Familiarity with other Epic modules and their integration points
