- The Epic On Call Finder Analyst will configure and maintain the Epic Orders module to meet the needs of the organization.
- Support and enhance the functionality of Patient Care Teams, including Treatment Team functionality and OCF
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Epic Orders module
- The Epic On Call Finder Analyst will conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Epic Orders updates and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Epic Orders certification is required
- Qgenda experience
- Deep knowledge of On Call Finder (OCF) integration with third-party systems
- Experience with Patient Care Teams functionality, including Treatment Team functionality and OCF
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with other Epic modules and their integration points
