Epic On Call Finder Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client working on an exciting project as an Epic Orders Analyst to help configure and integrate On Call Finder with QGenda. Responsibilities:

• The Epic On Call Finder Analyst will configure and maintain the Epic Orders module to meet the needs of the organization.
  
  

Integrate On Call Finder (OCF) with third-party systems to ensure seamless communication and functionality

• Support and enhance the functionality of Patient Care Teams, including Treatment Team functionality and OCF
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Epic Orders module
• The Epic On Call Finder Analyst will conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Epic Orders updates and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Epic Orders certification is required
• Qgenda experience
• Deep knowledge of On Call Finder (OCF) integration with third-party systems
• Experience with Patient Care Teams functionality, including Treatment Team functionality and OCF
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with other Epic modules and their integration points
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
