PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILiTIES

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILiTIES
- Owns and manages mid-complexity multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment with guidance
- Participates in internal status meetings to provide updates or changes to project plans
- Ensures accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of routing, quality control, project preparation and execution of deliverables
- Manages external partners as necessary
- Partners with senior leads on scope of work (SOW) development
- Review financial output reports, incoming briefs, and timelines/estimates
- Collaborates with Client Experience on budget shifts and resource implications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising agency
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Financial acumen
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acroba,t and knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
