We are LGBTQ - founded, and for 30 years have strongly believed that diversity is one of the key drivers of great creative and one of the keys to our success.We’re looking to add to our team of experts, and can’t wait to meet you!PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES : Lead a portfolio of work, and be accountable for experience team, client growth, and partnerships across all specialties such as account, strategy, creative, media, and data & analytics.Lead client communications for Experience Strategy and support enterprise-level discussions in partnership with Experience Strategy VP / SVP.Coach, mentor and set professional development goals for direct reportsParticipate in senior team initiatives including team-wide training and skills development workshopsProvide strategic leadership to new business and existing clients to drive organic growth across the businessPartner with creative and strategy specifically to establish engagement programs and social first campaigns in both new business and for existing clientsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED : Bachelor's Degree8 years of experienceProven track record of pitching, leading and managing integrated marketing strategies (engagement, omnichannel / multichannel) and digital / social programs for major brandsStrong social, engagement and experience expertise in healthcareSubject matter expert in social media, and creating social media first campaign and ideas that drive engagementFamiliarity with various martech solutions that power omnichannel activations.Salary : $140,000.00-170,000.00 annually
