We’re seeking an experienced Site Assessment Project Manager to oversee critical environmental investigations, remediation projects, and regulatory compliance efforts . This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented leader who can manage contractor performance, budgets, and project timelines while ensuring compliance with DTSC, SCAQMD, and RWQCB regulations .
Key Responsibilities :
Lead & Oversee Environmental Site Assessments
- Manage and coordinate work conducted by Master Services Agreement (MSA) contractors for :
Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
Contract Development & Oversight
Budget & Schedule Management
Technical Expertise & Regulatory Compliance
School design & construction timelines
