- Establish and develop a national manufacturing sales representative network, excluding areas with existing sales personnel
- Manage all sales activities, including direct local sales
- Oversee the Midwest Regional Sales office
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience
- Proven experience working with medical/healthcare manufacturing sales representatives
- Strong sales background with medical/healthcare OEMs in the Illinois, Wisconsin, and neighboring states territory
- Ability to travel as needed to work with manufacturing representatives
- Experience working with engineers and engineering design firms is an asset
