Job Summary:
As an Amazon Sales Specialist, you will manage all aspects of our Amazon sales channel. This includes lis>ng op>miza>on, inventory management, customer service, and adherence to Amazon’s policies. The role demands a proac>ve approach to increase sales, improve customer sa>sfac>on, and drive opera>onal efficiency.
Responsibili5es:
- Manage product lis>ngs, including SEO, content crea>on, and image op>miza>on using Amazon’s plaLorm.
- Oversee inventory levels and logis>cs, par>cularly for FBA, ensuring >mely restocking and minimizing fees.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility and sales through Amazon Adver>sing and promo>ons.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve sales and customer ra>ngs.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and A-to-z Guarantee claims promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and update pricing or inventory as needed.
- Stay current with Amazon’s policies and market trends to ensure compliance and capitalize on new opportuni>es.
- Perform addi>onal du>es as assigned.Qualifica5ons:
- Strong experience with Amazon’s seller plaLorm, including FBA, Amazon Adver>sing, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of growing sales and managing online customer interac>ons.
