We are looking for someone with the skills, experience and personal humility to be the Director of Manufacturing, responsible for all manufacturing personnel and radar systems built. The Director of Manufacturing ensures that personnel, equipment, and processes are able to meet the customers delivery requirements and timeframe. - Work Instructions & Documentation - Assist Manufacturing Engineering in creating, documenting, and sustaining work instructions.
- Inventory & Materials Management - Manage consumable inventory and requisition materials and tools to support operations.
- Quality Assurance - Perform quality inspections as required.
- Technical & Analytical Skills - Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
- Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline with 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Desired:
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience leading electronics manufacturing assembly, including SMT, printer, reflow, wave solder, test, rework equipment, cable assembly, and mechanical assembly.
- Prior experience with or certification in IPC standards.
- Experience working within an AS9100/ISO9000 quality management system.
