Inside Sales Representative
This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a well known and established Glass Manufacturing and Fabrication company supporting local wholesale customers.
This role is part of an expansion of Tacoma Glass Manufacturing into the Utah market under the name of Utah Glass Manufacturing. The company currently has 5 locations and now with our newest location in Utah we have expanded into the Rocky Mountain area. Utah Glass will follow the philosophy of Safety, Quality, and Service to our customers locally. Our products range from; insulated glass units, glass edgework, glass tempering, fabricated glass, mirrors, stock glass and custom laminated glass. Our company has a management team that is committed to upholding core values of safety, quality, and service.
Job Description Summary
The Inside Sales Lead will work directly with our customers to ensure the very best experience and service levels. This position requires multitasking and fast learning skills along with a positive attitude, reliable memory, and consistent attendance. The ability to collaborate well with coworkers is vital in our close office environment.
Responsibilities
Primary daily tasks include:
· Create positive customer experiences where they are provided the best possible service and enjoy long lasting relationships
· Answering phones efficiently and personally in an empowered manner from start to finish
· Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
· Entering quotes/orders into our data base as sent in by current customer base, double checking entered orders for accuracy and confirming with customers to assure orders are received as expected
· You may also be asked to help our other location teams remotely to support overall company success
· Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of work areas
· Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Requirements
· Customer Service experience and ability to lead and be a part of a cohesive team
· Ability to answer phones and communicate effectively with customers in an efficient manner
· Ability to read/write instructions and communicate effectively with team members
· Ability to key in orders into our order and work order system efficiently
· Requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to run a customer care environment
· Self Motivated and driven to provide an excellent customer experience
· Glass or building industry experience is a plus but not required
