ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Executes On-boarding for all staff, including preparation for new employees, orientation delivery, and HRIS system management.
- Administer all benefits for IMS employees to include medical, dental, vision, 401k, H.S.A., Ancillary benefits, etc., including management of annual Open Enrollment.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
- Conducts monthly billing reconciliations for all insurance programs. Submits timely reconciliation to Finance for payment processing.
- Ensures compliance with EEO and OSHA compliance; files EEO-1 report annually; and maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO and OSHA regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, supervisors, and manager, referring complex and / or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- HRIS System management of all functions regarding employee data, compensation, benefits, time off accruals, reporting etc.
- Supports the Director with annual audits and compliance responsibilities.
- Works closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely data of any and all compensation, deductions, garnishments, etc. to assist in seamless payroll processing.
- Ensures the TRP Program is executed monthly to ensure participation rewards and quarterly drawings occur and ensure compliance of the program.
