Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards in subjects such as literacy, math, and child welfare.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Assess student progress regularly through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to address individual student needs, including those requiring early intervention.
• Participate in curriculum development initiatives to enhance educational offerings and ensure they meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster an inclusive environment that supports childhood development and promotes respect for diversity among students.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
