Job Overview:
The role involves delivering a fall-prevention program to seniors through modified Tai Chi. The company will cover the cost of training and certification. Additional hours may be available as the business grows. Compensation is between $35 and $40 per hour, with an average of 10 hours per week (excluding travel time).
Responsibilities:
- Instruct and guide participants in Modified Tai Chi techniques, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Follow tailored lesson plans that accommodate various skill levels and physical abilities.
- Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Promote physical fitness and well-being through engaging and interactive sessions.
- Collaborate with business owner to address participants' needs.
- Maintain a safe and organized training area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Prior healthcare experience and group facilitation skills preferred.
- Ability to stand and move for up to 60 minutes at a time.
