Job Description :
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing all schedule and pricing requests from our builder customers and ensuring that work ticket scheduling and close out processes are executed daily. They will work closely with our branch office managers, accounting, and estimating departments to enable operations to run smoothly each day and provide foresight into future workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Process work requests from both home builders and home owners scheduling websites, emails, and phone calls
- Update work ticket statuses promptly
- Provide accurate documentation to accounting for billable work
- Efficiently route non-schedule related inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Update project records in our scheduling software when project documents or purchase orders are submitted
- Coordinate with the Branch Office Managers to ensure the next days’ work list and documentation is accurate and in order by the end of the day
- Add appointments to Google Calendar and upload into NetSuite
