Key Responsibilities

• Drive generator sales and consistently exceed performance targets.


• Proactively follow up on leads generated by internal and manufacturer sources.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.


• Identify and close new sales opportunities to grow our market share.


• Present upgrade options and custom solutions during on-site consultations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven external sales experience (B2C or B2B preferred).


• A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with homeowners and builders.


• Valid Florida Driver's License (required).


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
