Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute electrical layouts per plans and local codes.
- Install electrical systems according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Select appropriate tools and materials based on project needs.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine the best solutions.
- Install and maintain lighting, switches, circuits, panels, and outlets.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify hazards or defects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
- Oversee and guide apprentices to ensure quality workmanship.
- 2 years of experience in residential electrical construction.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and cabinet layouts.
- Possess and maintain required tools for the job.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check, driving record review, and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
