We are seeking a Risk Management Professional to manage risk and compliance at our Beaumont facility. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise to the HES Manager and Plant Management in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and emergency response.
Main Accountabilities
The Risk Management Professional will:
- Manage internal and external safety audits, facilitation, prioritization, and closure of audit findings
- Manage the site's incident investigation process, providing qualified investigators and leading or facilitating lead investigations as needed
- Manage corporate initiatives and implementation of health, safety, and emergency management programs
- Track, analyze, and manage safety near miss events
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Safety or a related field, 15 years of experience in safety management roles, and proven experience in safety management with a strong understanding of safety principles and regulations.
