IGC Hospitality owns and operates multiple high volume venues in NYC and Florida including Refinery Rooftop, Parker & Quinn, Park Avenue Tavern, The Wilson and The Rockaway Hotel.

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and overall quality of service behind bar
-Ensure communication with bar team which can be relayed to management
- Build and grow relationships with clients and purveyors for repeat business
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and a positive, team-oriented attitude
