NYC Premier Hospitality Group IGC is seeking experienced Bartenders for our ROOFTOPS and HIGH VOLUME venues. IGC Hospitality owns and operates multiple venues in NYC and Florida including Refinery Rooftop, Parker & Quinn, Park Avenue Tavern, The Wilson, The Rockaway Hotel and newly opened Vintage Green Rooftop.
We are looking for skilled Bartenders with a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and overall quality of service behind bar
- Build and grow relationships with clients and purveyors for repeat business
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
