COMPENSATION
We are a pre-money start-up with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, entrepreneurially focused members contributing sweat equity for early stock option ownership.
ROLE
The Finance Director will work directly with ownership to craft a nose-to-tail go-to-investor seed fundraising program.
WE ARE SEEKING someone who:
- has in-depth earlypstage fundraising & deal flow experience.
- can build streamlined 'investment opportunity' decks and docs.
- has deep market research & due diligence expertise.
- is adept at psychologically strategic investor story-telling.
- is fluent in equity models, valuations and deal flow.
- has a network and good-standing reputation with early stage investors.
- can be the best-versed person in the room on all financial research and models.
- has deep financial modeling and analysis skillls.
- is available at least 15 hrs per week consistently;
