COMPENSATION
We are a pre-money start-up with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, entrepreneurially focused members contributing sweat equity for early stock option ownership.
ROLE
The AI Operations Director will concentrate on creating and supporting custom AI agents for individual teams to feed their entire workflow and communications into a companion agent that can build a contextual knowledge partner for that scope as well as other AI integrations.
WE ARE SEEKING: someone who:
- has senior experience building custom GPT models & agents (or sourcing off-shelf).
- has deep experience with Google Workspace Automation and Looker.
- has system administration, project management, and cloud computing expertise.
- can conduct and maintain account implementation and interconnection.
- is a natural builder and master Swiss Army knife of digital technology.
- has a background with bootstrap startup culture and operations.
- can manage account permissions and cyber-security protocols.
- has performed a principal IT leadership role for a tech based organization.
- is a type-A, highly-organized, and detail-oriented orchestrator.
- is a generous and proactive communicator.
- can abile to contribute at least 15 hours per week consistently.
