COMPENSATION
We are a pre-money start-up with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, entrepreneurially focused members contributing sweat equity for early stock option ownership.
ROLE
The AI Development Engineering Director work with a collaborative technical leadership team to determine the best practices to establish a comprehensive AI engineering prompts to found new platform architecture and code standards.
WE ARE SEEKING someone who:
- has senior and direct plaform & database architecture experience.
- has designed, optimized, and integrated AI code-generation systems, eg: CoPilot.
- has deep understanding of algorithms and data structures
- has experience with LLMs like GPT, Codex, and transformer-based architectures.
- has exerience fine-tuning models for specific code-related tasks.
- is fluent in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- has prompt-design expertise to craft effective technical solutions.
- has integrated AI for IDE features like autocompletion, refactoring, and debugging.
- is available at least 15 hrs per week consistently;
