Unlike other platforms, in-House prioritizes privacy and does not collect personal metadata, eliminating the need for sign-ups or logins. COMPENSATION
"No one gets rich by working." We are offering 100% early stock option ownership —not cash salary pre-funding. We are a pre-money start-up with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, passionate members contributing part-time sweat equity for an limited ownership stake.
ROLE
The Content Project Manager will use a baseline Agile coordination process (aka DeFT) to drive a full-spectrum content project management program to maintain clear visibility on each member's independent S.M.A.R.T. project status in coordination with the Content Director.
WE ARE SEEKING someone who:
- has a background in social media and content ideation, production and management.
- has Agile project management and scrum experience.
- is detail-oriented and an over-communicator.
- enjoys managing and monitoring a central-command dashboard.
- is familiar with OKR's, S.M.A.R.T.-goals, KPI, acceptance criteria, user stories, etc.
- has experience with the Atlassian enviornments, Trello, Jira, Confluence.
- has familiarity with smart contract, Web3 and D.A.O principles.
- is always the calmest and most knowledgeable person in the Zoom.
- is able to dedicate at least 15 hrs per week consistently.
