COMPENSATION
"No one gets rich by working." We're a pre-money start-up with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, passionate members contributing sweat equity for early stock option.
ROLE
We are seeking a CTO & startup experienced senior technology strategist to work directly with the company and the engineering leadership to conceive and approve all key decisions around our generative AI / prompt-engineering product development platform and team.
WE'RE SEEKING someone who:
- has hands-on bootstrap / startup experience.
- has directly overseen generative-AI / prompt engineering development.
- is deeply integrated in the Open-Source and Web3 community and ecosystem.
- is a collaborative, ego-free, big-picture thinker.
- can both lead and put hands on product to set example when needed.
- has deep backend, database, architecture, and team vetting experience.
- is fluent in Typescript / Python / Node.js / React / Next.js / Redux frameworks.
- can roadmap a full development strategy with measurable deliverables.
- is the most trusted voice in the 'zoom'.
- can identify and develop great engineers and potential leaders.
- is available at least 15 hrs per week consistently.
