in-House is a startup company dedicated to empowering the voice of every employee while ensuring complete anonymity. We have developed a platform that allows verified employees to voice diverse opinions, surface important issues and ideas, and provide feedback and ratings on their employers. Unlike other platforms, in-House prioritizes privacy and does not collect personal metadata, eliminating the need for sign-ups or logins. We believe in fostering an environment where employees can openly rate and discuss company matters and drive meaningful change within their organizations.
COMPENSATION
"No one gets rich by working." We are a pre-money start-up offering 100% early stock option ownership —not cash salary, comprised of ~20 fully remote entrepreneurs contributing part-time sweat equity for ground floor ownership stake.
ROLE
The Atomic UI Designer role will work closely with the Product Owner to maintain and refine our fully Atomic, Figma-based design system as well as play the central role in new UI iterations and DSM management.
WE ARE SEEKING someone who:
- has extensive experience with Atomic design principles and component libraries.
- has advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD & Adobe Creative Suite.
- can integrate Figma API with development teams.
- is fluent in responsive design frameworks and reusable design components.
- can adapt to a minimalist Swiss Design structure.
- can work directly with product management, QA and frontend developers to convey CSS-based handoffs.
- is able available to contribute at least 15 hours per week consistently;
