ABA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Commuting to Parts of Inland Empire!
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Inland Empire. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure the highest quality of care and positive outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and preference assessments, to inform treatment planning.
- Design and develop individualized behavior intervention programs based on assessment results and in accordance with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Be trained on and implement Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions such as PRT, JASPER, ESDM, Project ImPACT, etc.
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, providing direct supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Conduct ongoing data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide training and support in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for parents, caregivers, and staff members on behavior management techniques and ABA principles.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress, behavior plans, and program materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in ABA and related fields to ensure the use of evidence-based practices.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a BCBA or mid-tier supervisor, preferably with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment methodologies, and behavior change procedures.
- Excellent clinical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members, families, and other professionals.
- Experience providing training and supervision to behavior technicians or other staff members.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to behavior analysis.

Physical Requirements:
- Maintaining physical condition necessary for walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods of time; may be required to push, pull, bend, lift light to moderate objects (10 lbs.), carry, reach, and stoop; finger dexterity is essential.
- Maintain mental capacity that permits making sound judgments regarding work and have regular attendance.
