Our Front Desk Office Administrator plays a key role in maintaining office efficiency, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing outstanding customer service. This individual will manage front desk responsibilities, administrative tasks, and office coordination while fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Manage mail distribution, packages, and courier services
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in coordinating office meetings by preparing materials, setting up meeting spaces, and sending reminders as directed by leadership or HR
- Assist in document management, data entry, and filling systems
- Monitor office equipment and refreshments (printers, supplies, beverages, etc.)
- Assist in office event planning and preparing workstations
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years in office administration, reception, or similar role
- Event industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Mac (pages, numbers, etc.)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all time
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
