As a Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving efficiency and excellence every day. You'll manage essential tasks like timecard approvals and PTO requests, ensuring smooth workflows and happy team members. Your collaboration with Training and Development will empower associates to reach their full potential. Working closely with Client Service Managers, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our talented team, making a real impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate productivity reports and enter data into the master spreadsheet.
- Conduct monthly audits for team associates.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end tasks.
- Update the Medicare Wage Index in billing systems as needed.
- Complete payer contract uploads and updates.
- Maintain updated charge master/payer grids.
- Address and resolve account escalations.
- Assist with process creation and implementation.
- Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to train new hires and current staff.
- Respond to questions from co-workers.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with team members.
- Lead or assist in team meetings.
- Approve timecards, time off requests, and other similar functions.
- Manage performance, including conducting reviews and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Meet productivity measurements.
- Provide coverage and support for essential functions as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the medical billing field, with a comprehensive understanding of the revenue cycle preferred.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, and LCD/payer-specific guidelines.
- Ability to evaluate and update payer contracts and fee schedules.
- Understanding of key performance indicators and process management.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Professional attitude with a strong teamwork mentality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
