What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain effective procedures for accurate accounts receivable management and timely collections.
- Analyze financial trends to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Provide strategic revenue oversight, ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare regulations.
- Oversee payment reconciliations, cash receipts, and billing reports.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff while ensuring operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare financial regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Associates Degree or 5 years of relative experience.
- Experience: 5 years in finance/accounting, managing accounts receivable, or supervising healthcare revenue cycle operations.

- Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and billing software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Must be at least 21 years old.
