Job Title: SQL Server DBA
Location: Charlotte, NC
Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

• Expertise in SQL Server DBA, including SQL Server installation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server architecture, database architecture, and data file/log file structures.
• Proficient in SQL Server security, database recovery models, backups (types and techniques), and restoring processes.
• Expertise in High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HADR) features such as Log Shipping, Mirroring, Replication, Always On, and Clustering.
• Strong skills in performance tuning and problem-solving.
• Advantageous to have certifications such as DP-300.
• Experience in migration, upgrade activities, and SQL Server patching.
• Added advantage for candidates with knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in IT or a relevant industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in SQL DBA roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $103,428.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

• MySQL: 6 years (Required)
• Database administration: 8 years (Required)
• Oracle: 8 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
