Role : Hardware Technician
Location : Multiple locations in CA
Duration : Long-Term Contract
Position Summary :
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine the root cause of failures.
- Repair, replace, and assemble mechanical components, such as gears, pumps, bearings, and valves.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Operate tools, machines, and diagnostic equipment to test mechanical systems and ensure proper functionality.
- Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to implement solutions for mechanical challenges.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems or equipment.
