Job Overview :
We are seeking a Technical Lead with extensive experience in Conversational AI integration to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI applications, including chatbots, IVR systems, and virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Conversational AI and AI platform integration.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Conversational AI projects, ensuring successful design and implementation of AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, test, and deploy conversational AI applications across IVR, chat, and voice platforms.
Focus on intent identification and LLM development to improve AI model accuracy.
Design and implement integrations with external services and RESTful APIs.
Develop and optimize conversational AI models to improve Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities.
Fine-tune Generative AI models for high-quality, context-aware interactions.
Build and refine intuitive user interactions for chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience, with a strong focus on Conversational AI development and implementation.
Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and other external services.
Strong experience with conversational AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
Expertise in building conversational AI applications (chatbots, virtual assistants, IVR systems).
Hands-on experience in intent identification and LLM development for improved user interactions.
Experience with NLP and NLU model development to enhance the understanding and processing of natural language.
Additional Skills (Optional but Preferred) :
Familiarity with Kore AI or other similar conversational AI platforms.
Experience working with Generative AI models for high-quality conversational outcomes.
Initial internal interview followed by a client interview (if applicable).
In-person interviews are required for local candidates; remote candidates will have client video calls.
