Title: Sales Executive
Location: Monterey Park, CA (Los Angeles)
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: 100% onsite 5 days a week no exceptions

What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to get their innovative products into top retail stores.
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with key retail stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
Spot New Opportunities: Conduct market analysis to uncover new sales channels and drive market penetration.
Represent the Brand: Attend trade shows and industry events, showcasing products and building industry connections.
Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and sales campaigns.
What They’re Looking For:
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with Spanish or Mandarin Chinese as a plus.
Proven Sales Track Record: Previous success in sales, especially within the consumer electronics sector, is highly preferred.
Passion for Sales: A self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
Strong Communicator: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Compensation:
Base Salary Commission: While the commission structure is still being finalized, the role includes a competitive base salary with potential for growth.

Type of candidate: Eager to work hard to make money. Is comfortable in building a sales strategy from scratch with little training. English is their first language. Maybe someone that has a solar sales type of background, or door to door background (they won’t be doing this), loves making cold calls and building relationships.
