Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Specialist:
- As a Telecommunications Sales Specialist, develop and implement business and sales strategies during face to face interactions to attract new customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers directly to understand their telecommunications needs
- Collaborate with the customer service team to create effective promotional materials for telecommunications solutions and building rapport
- Process sales orders for all customers and local businesses seeking our clients services
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the Telecommunications Sales Specialist role
- Provide exceptional in person customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues related to telecommunications products
- Track and report on sales performance metrics with your other Telecommunications Sales Specialist team members and management
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills as a Telecommunications Sales Specialist
Qualifications Preferred for a Telecommunications Sales Specialist:
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, customer support or an equivalent entry-level role prior
- Strong communication skills and a background in telecommunications or a client-facing role
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Ability to work cross-functionally with additional teams to align goals, and hit all KPIs
- Reliable transportation to commute to our office is a plus
- Dependable both within our company and with our customers
