Job Title : Snowflake Production Support
Location : Alpharetta, GA or Berkely Heights, NJ (Either of these locations will work) 5 Days in Office mandatory. In-person interview needed
Rate : $45 - $47 per hour
Required Skills
Proficient in writing SQL queries / Stored Procedures and familiar with ETL processes
Experience with data modeling and cloud computing environments
Should be well-versed in Snowflake's unique features
Proven track record of optimization within Snowflake
Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization in a cloud data platform
experience working in production support projects
Incident Management
Support Business Continuity Planning, Migration, Holiday activities
Snowflake Production Support JD :
- Should have at least 7 years of experience in IT industry
- Proficient in writing SQL queries / Stored Procedures and familiar with ETL processes
- Experience with data modeling and cloud computing environments
- Should be well-versed in Snowflake's unique features, like its handling of semi-structured data and its approach to data sharing and security.
- Proven track record of optimization within Snowflake
- Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization in a cloud data platform
- At least 3 years of experience working in production support projects
- Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve applications issues.
- Incident Management (Incident resolution, stakeholder communication).
- Support Business Continuity Planning, Migration, Holiday activities.
- Automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis of issues / discrepancies by debugging code or analyzing logs.
- Improve application stability by observing patterns, recurring alerts or issues and provide solution for permanent fix.
Salary : $45 - $47
