Our primary location is in the dynamic neighborhood of South Lake Union in a state-of-the-art biotech facility, and our secondary location is in the SODO neighborhood with newly remodeled lab and office space in an historic building next to Lumen Field. We also have a stand-alone storage and office facility that is a short walk from our primary location. About You
We are searching for a candidate looking for full-time employment to join our lab services team to support glasswash and autoclave efforts for our GMP manufacturing and R&D divisions at our main 307 Westlake Ave N, Biosafety level 2 lab facility. The schedule for this position is fixed: Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Experience with glasswash and autoclaving work is essential to be successful in this time-bounded job. Punctuality, attention-to-detail, and dependability are also essential job skills. This position requires independent thinking and the accomplishment of daily tasks under general supervision.

Experience and knowledge needed to be successful in this position
- College degree or equivalent job background required.
- Ability to strictly adhere to documented procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- User knowledge of Microsoft Windows and basic-user level skills in Microsoft Teams. Experience with Microsoft Outlook required.
- Must speak and comprehend spoken English language and be able to read and write in English.
- Successful completion of all Safety and Equipment training.
- Collecting, washing, and sterilizing all new, dirty, or contaminated glassware and supplies from labs.
- Handling biohazardous waste for decontamination in steam sterilizers.
- Maintaining area equipment and the inventory of sterile glassware and supplies.
- Distributing glassware to lab areas.
- Daily completion of logs, forms, and documentation procedures.
- Position responsibilities include work in a Biosafety Level 2 lab (BSL-2).
- This position requires an ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- The pay range for this position is $20.76 - $24.20/per hour.
