About the Role
As Brand Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the identity of our brand. You’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, ensuring message consistency, and developing strategies that align with our business goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll oversee the execution of campaigns that enhance customer perception, foster loyalty, and drive growth. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to position the brand effectively in the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns in coordination with Growth Marketing team that build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Consistency: Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Content Oversight: Lead the creation and curation of content that reflects the brand’s voice and values.
- Customer Insights: Leverage customer feedback and data to refine brand messaging and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (5-7 years) in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding principles and market positioning.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Qualities:
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Preferred: Experience in office furniture, working with both B2B and B2C audiences.
