Inc Authority is a leader in the business formation industry where we walk new business owners through the process of getting their business’s registered and launched in all 50 states while also consulting on specialty business development services such as website development, logo creation, trademarks, business planning, and much more!

Our Sales Development Representatives are responsible for walking our clients through establishing and launching their business with Inc Authority Startup Services such as legal documentation, official naming, business bank accounts, websites, ect.
The Job:
- Reach out to nationwide clients to get more information on their unique business formation needs
- Consult with entrepreneurs to find the most helpful and best fitting solutions using our business services
- Demonstrate good communication skills and understanding.
- Build relationships with clients and develop a strong understanding of our consultation process.
- Learn and possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority business services - training provided
- Keep and maintain daily accurate records of client's interactions and purchases.
Essential Job Functions:
- Help Clients nationwide to create custom solutions for their new business and communicate the benefits of using Inc Authority services to establish a business.
- Dedicated professional with a strong work ethic.
- Provide the "WOW!" along with expert advice for new business owners.
- Independently driven and dedicated to helping others.
- Growth mindset: looking for a fast-expanding company with an appreciation for feedback and coaching as needed.
- Confident and upbeat personality: captivate clients, lead sales, and exceed goals through an assertive and proactive approach.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales experience is a plus but not a necessity.
- Experience with a CRM and headset use is a plus!
