The IT Specialist / Technical Analyst in 3rd level support at incadea Headquarter, your tasks:
- IT specialist/ Technical Analyst is part of the international 3rd level products support team.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and leading the resolution of the complex Software System issues (incadea products portfolio, incadea cloud applications).
- Proactively improving our business processes and our product/support documentation.
- Understanding the entire Software System and the correlation of its components to coordinate an effective problem resolution for the highest customer satisfaction.
- This role is an IT professional who closely cooperates with our global project teams and with the software developers and architects, cloud & system operators, administrators of our central team.

- C#; .NET; ASP.NET Core; ASP.NET MVC; ADO.NET; Java script; HTML5; CSS3; Microsoft Azure; Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Angular, Microsoft D365 Business Central
Your Profile:
- 3 years of professional experience in software development, IT administration and operation or administrating complex software cloud environments.
- Proven practical experience with Client-Server systems as well as with web technologies.
- Good level of technology know-how and practical experience with software development lifecycles, ideally involving modern cloud technologies and cloud services.
- Experience with ERP platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central is a benefit.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar platform services, working with security certificates, token or cookie-based authentications, Angular, TypeScript, AJAX, ADO.NET, LINQ, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes is an advantage.
