Compensation:$60-$70/hr

Business Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a leading title and insurance company on a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, specifically around Accounting and Finance processes and work flows.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, design and develop effective solutions with minimal supervision while working with the business and finance teams on critical projects
- Understand overall business operations and help to develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements
- Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
- Interprets internal/external business environment
- Recommends best practices to improve processes or services
- Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 7 years in relevant Business Analyst or similar role
- 2 years experience working with Financial teams, thorough understanding of financial operations
- Ability to interface with all levels of business including c-suite
- Experience working as a part of global enterprise level projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Workday Implementation project experience
