Responsibilities:
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical requirements
- Lead agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and decomp sessions
- Document and improve existing business processes using ERP and related systems
- Support testing phases including UAT and CRP to ensure solution readiness
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a Business Systems Analyst role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience creating clear and actionable documentation
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Knowledge of ERP or enterprise application systems
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile frameworks
- Local to the Kansas City Metro area
- Background working with third-party vendors and integrations
