Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls regarding login assistance for online banking and mobile app access
- Provide support by unlocking accounts affected by new fraud prevention policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues while delivering a high standard of service
- A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive customer issues professionally
- Basic technical knowledge and comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Previous experience in banking or financial services support
- Familiarity with fraud prevention protocols or cybersecurity concepts
- Bilingual communication skills
