Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of secured and asset-based credit loans, working capital lines of credit, and treasury management opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored financial solutions that align with their current and future business needs.
- Communicate regularly with clients to assess potential risks and identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Treasury Management, International Banking, Wealth Management, and Equipment Finance, to enhance banking relationships and maximize client support.
- Conduct periodic reviews of portfolio clients to ensure alignment with market opportunities and customer needs.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and participation in community and industry events.
- Analyze financial statements and other relevant data to determine clients' creditworthiness and provide strategic financial recommendations.
- Provide sound financial consultation to clients and prospective clients regarding banking products and lending opportunities.
- Operate within underwriting guidelines and exercise sound discretion in analyzing loan applications.
- Actively participate in public relations and civic activities to foster business development and strengthen client relationships.
- Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures, including adherence to BSA/AML requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of lending-related experience with a focus on complex credit evaluations and origination.
- Proven ability to develop full banking relationships and provide strategic financial solutions to clients.
- Experience with asset-based lending and treasury management services.
- Completion of Commercial Lending School or Omega Cash Flow analysis courses.
