Epic Willow Analyst

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000

Location: Raleigh, NC

Position: Epic Willow Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Epic Willow Analyst to join their team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, implementation, and support of critical clinical applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the assigned applications while working collaboratively with end users, department leadership, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the build, rollout, and support of assigned Epic Clinical Applications
• Provide first-level response by communicating with end users to identify and resolve system issues
• Assist with application configuration, testing, system documentation, and training as needed
• Support department management in optimizing application usage to enhance performance and decision-making
• Act as a liaison between the IT team, customer departments, and vendors to ensure seamless functionality and support
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• EPIC Willow Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Tech
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience supporting Epic Clinical Applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
