IT Service Desk Technician

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Service Desk Technician to join their team!

This is an entry-level role that offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in IT support. The IT Service Desk Technician will provide essential first-line support for all IT-related issues, responding to service desk calls and ensuring prompt resolution or escalation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st level support for incoming calls, emails, and messages
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, actions, and resolutions
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Up to 1 year help desk or related experience
• Familiarity with Active Directory and mobile devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• A Certification
• Previous experience with ServiceNow
• Degree in Information Systems or related
